This website uses no cookies, no tracking, no analytics and no advertising. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own server; nothing is loaded from third-party servers.

1. Controller

2. Hosting

The website runs on a server at hostworld.de, owner Max Bullmann, Widukindstr. 6, 37619 Bodenwerder, Germany, in a data centre in Nuremberg (Germany). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the provider.

3. Server logs

With every visit the server stores technically necessary data: IP address, time, page requested and browser identifier. This serves security and troubleshooting (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in secure operation). The logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest.

4. No cookies, no tracking

We set no cookies and use no analytics or advertising services. The “Archivo” font is loaded from our own server, not from Google or other providers.

If you switch the display between light and dark, your browser remembers the choice locally (localStorage). It never leaves your device and is needed for the function you asked for (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).

5. Contact by e-mail

If you e-mail us, we process your address and your message to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Our mailbox is hosted by Google (Gmail), Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; data may be transferred to the USA (Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We delete requests once they are dealt with and no retention obligation applies.

6. Links to WhatsApp

The “Invite via WhatsApp” buttons are plain links (wa.me). No data is sent to WhatsApp when the page is displayed. Only when you tap the link does WhatsApp open (WhatsApp Ireland Limited); its privacy policy then applies.

7. Links to the app

Buttons such as “Open app”, “Start for free” or “Find a track” lead to the MicroRing app at https://buchung.rc-microring.de/. The app's privacy policy applies there.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Just write to rc.microring@gmail.com.

You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
